DD03

DD03 is an oral triple-agonist peptide drug being developed by **D&D Pharmatech**, in partnership with **Metsera**, for the treatment of obesity. The drug simultaneously targets three key metabolic receptors: glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide (GIP), and glucagon (GCG). DD03 utilizes D&D Pharmatech's proprietary **ORALINK™** technology platform, which is designed to enable the oral delivery of peptide drugs with significantly enhanced bioavailability (reportedly exceeding 5%). In April 2023, D&D Pharmatech entered into a major technology transfer agreement with Metsera for the global development of its oral obesity pipeline, including DD03. As of early 2024, the candidate is in the IND-enabling stage of development.
