Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Artios Pharma is developing a first-in-class DNA damage response inhibitor-antibody drug conjugate (DDRi-ADC) program. This preclinical asset combines the specificity of antibody-drug conjugate technology with the potency of DNA damage response (DDR) inhibitors to target and eliminate cancer cells in hard-to-treat solid tumors. By exploiting DDR pathways, the program aims to precisely target survival mechanisms in cancer cells. Artios expects to nominate a lead candidate for this program in the first quarter of 2026.
