Overview

Debio 1562 + rituximab is an investigational combination therapy evaluated for patients with relapsed and/or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and other non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma subtypes. **Debio 1562** is a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD37, consisting of an anti-CD37 monoclonal antibody (naratuximab), a proprietary MultiLink™ linker, and a microtubule inhibitor payload. It is designed for selective delivery to CD37-expressing malignant B cells, disrupting their survival by cytotoxic tubulin inhibition. **Rituximab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20, leading to depletion of CD20+ B cells through multiple immunological mechanisms. Combined, the regimen aims for synergistic anti-tumor activity in B-cell lymphoma by simultaneously targeting different B-cell antigens and mechanisms[1][3][4][5].
