Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DEC003M is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), developed by Hangzhou DAC Biotech. It is currently in Phase I clinical development for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer, specifically metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The therapeutic is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to PSMA-expressing tumor cells, minimizing systemic toxicity. The ongoing first-in-human study (CTR20262361) evaluates the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of DEC003M monotherapy administered intravenously every three weeks in patients who have failed standard treatments, including novel hormonal agents.
