Overview

The combination aims to maximize cytotoxicity against malignant lymphocytes while providing synergistic effects between agents. The regimen has been shown to be effective as salvage therapy prior to autologous stem cell transplantation in patients who have failed previous lines of treatment for aggressive lymphoma[2][5][1].
