Overview
A combination therapy consisting of decitabine, TQB2450 (benmelstobart), and anlotinib. TQB2450 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, while anlotinib is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits VEGFR2/3, FGFR1-4, PDGFR-α/β, c-Kit, and Ret. Decitabine is a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor. This combination aims to leverage immune checkpoint inhibition, anti-angiogenic effects, and hypomethylating activity for cancer treatment.
