Decostar

Decostar is a proprietary engineered extracellular vesicle (EV) platform developed by Diadem Precision Technologies (also known as Diadem Biotherapeutics). The technology is designed to create biologics that function as immune checkpoint agonists. By engineering the surface of EVs to display specific ligands, the Decostar platform enables the delivery of multivalent signals to immune cells, mimicking natural cell-to-cell communication. This approach is intended to modulate immune responses for the treatment of cancer, by stimulating anti-tumor activity, and autoimmune diseases, by restoring immune tolerance. The platform focuses on achieving potent agonism of checkpoint receptors, which has historically been challenging for traditional monoclonal antibody formats.
