Decoy10

Decoy10 is a preclinical, attenuated, and killed bacteria-based immunotherapy candidate developed by Indaptus Therapeutics, Inc. It is derived from a non-pathogenic strain of *Escherichia coli* and is designed for systemic administration. Decoy10 functions as a multiple immune receptor agonist, activating TLR2, TLR4, TLR8, TLR9, NOD2, and STING to stimulate a broad anti-tumor immune response. [1, 2] It is part of Indaptus' Decoy platform technology and is considered a previous generation product, with the company's clinical efforts now focused on the related compound, Decoy20. [1, 3] In preclinical studies, Decoy10 has shown single-agent anti-tumor activity and has been tested in combination with checkpoint inhibitors, NSAIDs, and chemotherapy in models of colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
