Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DECOY20 + tislelizumab** is a combination investigational cancer immunotherapy comprising DECOY20, a novel, intravenously administered, multiple Toll-like receptor (TLR) agonist, and tislelizumab, a monoclonal antibody PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor. DECOY20 is engineered to activate both the innate and adaptive immune system, aiming to enhance and broaden the anti-tumor effect of checkpoint inhibitors. Tislelizumab blocks programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor on T cells, preventing tumor cells from evading immune detection and restoring anti-cancer immune response. The combination is under clinical evaluation to improve response rates in patients with advanced solid tumors, who may not respond adequately to checkpoint inhibition alone[1][3][7].
