Deflet

Deflet is an oral tablet formulation containing 6 mg of deflazacort, a synthetic glucocorticoid developed by the Indian pharmaceutical company Droplet Life Science. As a prodrug, deflazacort is rapidly converted into its active metabolite, 21-desacetyldeflazacort, which functions as a glucocorticoid receptor agonist.
