Overview
Degrader antibody conjugate (DAC) is a preclinical-stage therapeutic program being developed by Hangzhou Polymed Biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors. The program utilizes a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC)-antibody conjugate platform, which conjugates a PROTAC-like degrader payload to a targeting monoclonal antibody. This approach is designed to improve the selectivity and pharmacokinetic properties of targeted protein degradation therapies. The specific molecular target of the program has not been disclosed. Hangzhou Polymed Biopharmaceuticals is currently conducting lead optimization, with the most advanced candidate in the program planned to enter clinical trials in the first quarter of 2027.
