Overview

Dehydrodiisoeugenol is a naturally occurring lignan with anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, antioxidant, and anticancer properties. It inhibits LPS-stimulated NF-κB activation and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 gene expression in murine macrophages. It targets the PLK1-p53 axis to inhibit cancer cell proliferation.
