Overview

This drug is a combination of **delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)**, the primary psychoactive component of cannabis, and **d-amphetamine**, a central nervous system stimulant used medically for conditions such as ADHD and narcolepsy. In this particular formulation, THC is listed twice, which may be intended to represent a higher proportion or repeated dosing of THC alongside d-amphetamine, but no formal pharmaceutical product with this exact composition appears to exist. Both substances have potent effects on the central nervous system, but with different pharmacological actions: THC primarily acts as a partial agonist at cannabinoid receptors (mainly **CB1** and **CB2**), leading to psychoactive, cognitive, and physiological effects. D-amphetamine increases synaptic concentrations of dopamine and norepinephrine by promoting their release and inhibiting their reuptake, resulting in stimulation, increased alertness, and euphoria. Together, these drugs can have **additive cardiovascular and neuropsychiatric effects**, increasing the risk of arrhythmia, hypertension, anxiety, paranoia, and substance use disorder. There is no approved pharmaceutical use for this combination, but it is used recreationally and sometimes referred to by slang terms such as "Weederall," when THC (weed) is combined with amphetamine stimulants[1][2][5]. No commercial, clinical, or regulatory precedent exists for this exact combination.
