Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Den-Go is an oral herbal and nutraceutical combination product developed by Elliott Labs (India) for the management of thrombocytopenia (low platelet count). It is specifically indicated for patients suffering from dengue fever, viral fever, malaria, and liver cirrhosis. The formulation contains 1100 mg of Carica papaya leaf extract, which is recognized for its ability to stimulate platelet production, alongside Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) and Chirayata (Swertia chirata) for their immunomodulatory and antipyretic properties. Piperine is included to enhance the bioavailability of these herbal components. Den-Go is positioned as an affordable therapeutic option in India aimed at rapidly restoring platelet levels and reducing the duration of hospital stays.
