Dendritic Cell Vaccine (Shenzhen Geno-Immune Medical Institute) is a personalized autologous cell therapy designed to treat various cancers by targeting patient-specific neoantigens. The therapeutic process begins with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Whole-Exome Sequencing (WES) of the patient's tumor tissue to identify unique somatic mutations. Using proprietary HLA-restricted epitope prediction technology, the most immunogenic neoantigens are selected. These tumor-specific antigens are then loaded onto the patient's own harvested dendritic cells (DCs) ex vivo. Once matured, these engineered dendritic cells are re-infused into the patient to serve as professional antigen-presenting cells, priming and activating the immune system—specifically cytotoxic T lymphocytes—to recognize and eliminate cancer cells expressing the targeted neoepitopes.
