This personalized, multi-component immunotherapy regimen is developed by the NeuroVita Clinic for the treatment of brain metastases from breast cancer (BMBC). The protocol involves a first-line combination of three cell-based products: a dendritic cell vaccine (DV) pulsed with tumor-specific antigens derived from the patient's own brain metastasis sample; allogeneic haploidentical hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) harvested from a related donor; and cytotoxic lymphocytes (CTLs) generated post-vaccination. The therapy aims to control tumor cell quantity and regulate the effector functions of tumor stem cells, potentially converting an acute lethal process into a chronic, manageable condition. The regimen utilizes intrathecal administration for HSCs and CTLs, and subcutaneous administration for the vaccine.
