Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Denfivontinib is a small molecule, oral multi-kinase inhibitor developed for the treatment of various solid tumors. It targets multiple receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) involved in tumor growth and angiogenesis, including vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFRs), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs), platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRα), RET, and KIT. By inhibiting these kinases, denfivontinib aims to block signaling pathways that promote tumor cell proliferation and new blood vessel formation within tumors. The drug is being investigated primarily for use in advanced or metastatic cancers.
