Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DengiAll is a tetravalent recombinant live attenuated vaccine designed to protect against all four serotypes of the dengue virus (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4). It is being developed as India's first indigenous dengue vaccine and aims to address the significant public health burden of dengue fever in tropical and subtropical regions. The vaccine is based on the TV003/TV005 strain originally developed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and has been further advanced by Panacea Biotec in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Its mechanism involves immunostimulation to induce protective immunity against all four serotypes. As of April 2025, it is undergoing Phase 3 clinical trials across multiple sites in India[1][3][4][5][7].
