Overview
Dengyin Naotong is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation, typically administered as a capsule, used for the treatment of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular conditions. It is a combination of extracts from *Erigeron breviscapus* (Dengzhanxihua) and *Ginkgo biloba* (Yinxingye). The drug is characterized by its ability to improve cerebral blood flow, inhibit platelet aggregation, and provide neuroprotective effects against ischemic damage. Its active constituents, including scutellarin and ginkgolides, contribute to its therapeutic profile by modulating microcirculation and reducing oxidative stress.
