Dengzhan Danqi is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Dadao Longda (Beijing) Pharmaceutical Technology Development Co., Ltd. for the treatment of arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction. The formulation is composed of extracts from *Erigeron breviscapus* (Dengzhanxihua), *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), and *Panax notoginseng* (Sanqi). Its therapeutic effects are attributed to the synergistic action of its primary active constituents, including scutellarin, salvianolic acids, and notoginsenosides. Dengzhan Danqi works by promoting blood circulation, resolving blood stasis, and improving cerebral microcirculation. Pharmacologically, it exhibits anti-platelet aggregation, anti-thrombotic, and neuroprotective properties, helping to alleviate neurological deficits and improve recovery in patients following ischemic stroke.
