denileukin diftitox + ifosfamide + cyclophosphamide + etoposide

A combination therapy regimen consisting of denileukin diftitox (a recombinant cytotoxic fusion protein targeting IL-2 receptors) with three chemotherapeutic agents: ifosfamide (an alkylating agent), cyclophosphamide (an alkylating agent), and etoposide (a topoisomerase inhibitor). This combination has been studied for the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCL), which are rare but aggressive forms of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with poor prognosis. Denileukin diftitox binds to cells expressing the IL-2 receptor, while the chemotherapy agents work through different mechanisms to inhibit cancer cell growth and division.
