This is a combination regimen consisting of **denintuzumab mafodotin** (an antibody-drug conjugate targeting CD19), **rituximab** (an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody), **cyclophosphamide** (an alkylating agent), **doxorubicin** (an anthracycline antibiotic cytotoxic agent), and **prednisone** (a corticosteroid). Denintuzumab mafodotin binds to CD19 on B cells, delivering a cytotoxic payload (monomethyl auristatin F) upon internalization; rituximab targets CD20 to induce B cell lysis; cyclophosphamide crosslinks DNA; doxorubicin intercalates DNA and inhibits topoisomerase II; prednisone induces apoptosis and exerts anti-inflammatory effects. The combination was studied as a front-line or salvage therapy for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma grade 3b.
