denopamine

Denopamine is an orally active, selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor agonist primarily used for the treatment of chronic heart failure. By specifically targeting beta-1 adrenoceptors in the myocardium, it exerts a positive inotropic effect, enhancing cardiac contractility and stroke volume with relatively less effect on heart rate and peripheral resistance compared to non-selective beta-agonists.
