Overview

Denudin is a herbal dietary supplement syrup developed by Synthaverse (formerly known as Biomed-Lublin). It is formulated with dry extracts of ginger rhizome (*Zingiber officinale*) and chamomile flower (*Matricaria chamomilla*). The product is primarily indicated for the relief of nausea, including motion sickness and morning sickness during early pregnancy. Ginger is traditionally utilized for its anti-emetic properties, which are attributed to the antagonism of 5-HT3 and muscarinic receptors in the gastrointestinal tract. Chamomile contributes spasmolytic and soothing effects to alleviate general digestive discomfort. Denudin is intended for use in adults and children from 6 years of age.
