Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Derma System 507 AHA is a topical skincare line developed by the Swedish pharmaceutical company Allderma in collaboration with dermatologists. The product series is formulated with lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that serves as a keratolytic agent to facilitate the removal of dead skin cells and accelerate skin renewal processes. The line includes multiple products designed for daily facial care, including a cleanser, a day cream with SPF 15, and a night cream. In addition to lactic acid, the formulations contain antioxidants such as Vitamin A and Vitamin E, as well as grapefruit oil and aloe vera. It is indicated for general skincare and exfoliation and has been reported to be well-tolerated by patients with acne and rosacea. The product line is currently approved and marketed in the Nordic region.
