Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DermaForm is a collagen-based extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffold particulate device developed through a collaboration between StimLabs and Geistlich. It is designed to protect and manage a variety of both chronic and acute wounds, including pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds. The product functions as a biologic scaffold material that supports the wound healing environment by providing a structural framework for cell migration and tissue repair. DermaForm received FDA 510(k) clearance in February 2026, classifying it as a medical device rather than a traditional pharmaceutical drug.
