Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Dermalax Implant Plus is a monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler containing lidocaine to minimize discomfort during injection. It is the most viscous formulation in the Dermalax product line, specifically designed for deep subcutaneous or supraperiosteal injection to correct deep wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds, and for facial contouring of the nose, chin, and cheeks. The product utilizes high-purity hyaluronic acid that is cross-linked to enhance stability and longevity within the tissue. By providing physical volume and structural support, it restores facial contours and smooths deep skin depressions. It was developed by Hugel (specifically through its subsidiary Across) and has been evaluated in clinical trials for non-inferiority against established fillers like Restylane Sub-Q.
