Dermalex Eczema

Dermalex Eczema is a non-steroidal topical cream developed for the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema). Classified as a medical device or cosmetic-type formulation rather than a traditional pharmaceutical drug, it is designed to restore and fortify the skin barrier. Its primary active components include a skin-identical ceramide complex and a proprietary MagnoLite complex (modified alumino-silicates and alkaline earth minerals). These ingredients work synergistically to replenish missing natural ceramides and activate the skin's own repair mechanisms, creating a protective layer that prevents moisture loss and blocks environmental triggers. The product is free from corticosteroids, calcineurin inhibitors, artificial colorings, and parabens, making it suitable for long-term use in both adults and children aged 6 years and over. It was studied in randomized trials in collaboration with the Amsterdam Medical Center (AMC) and is marketed as a standalone or adjunct therapy.
