**Dermama Exosome-MSC** is a mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosome therapy developed by PT Dermama Bioteknologi Laboratorium for reducing hyper-inflammation. It contains bioactive cargo including anti-inflammatory cytokines, growth factors, mRNA, and miRNA, delivered via exosomes (30-100 nm vesicles) that communicate between cells.
