Overview
**Dermama Exosome-MSC** is a mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosome therapy developed by PT Dermama Bioteknologi Laboratorium for reducing hyper-inflammation. It contains bioactive cargo including anti-inflammatory cytokines, growth factors, mRNA, and miRNA, delivered via exosomes (30-100 nm vesicles) that communicate between cells. The mechanism involves immunomodulation on immune cells to relieve hyper-inflammation, miRNA-mediated inhibition of viral RNA (e.g., SARS-CoV-2) in infected cells to prevent replication, and growth factor stimulation of protein synthesis for organ regeneration in progenitor cells.[1][3][9]
