Overview

Dermatidyss is a marine-derived nutraceutical ingredient developed by Abyss Ingredients, specifically formulated to support individuals with atopic-prone skin. It is a complex of marine peptides, collagen peptides, and glycosaminoglycans derived from hydrolyzed fish cartilage. Administered orally at a recommended dose of 600 mg/day, the ingredient aims to improve skin comfort, reduce dryness, itching, and sensitivity. Clinical studies have demonstrated its efficacy in enhancing the quality of life for those with atopic dermatitis, with a significant percentage of users reporting fast-acting relief and a reduced need for topical corticosteroids. It was commercially launched in September 2023 as the first product in Abyss Ingredients' Dermoceutic range.
