DETOPS is a small molecule therapeutic featuring stable nitroxide free radicals, developed by AntiRadical Therapeutics. It functions primarily as a superoxide dismutase (SOD) mimetic, replicating the activity of endogenous SOD to neutralize reactive oxygen species and mitigate oxidative stress.
