Detorsertib (GT0486) is a novel small molecule dual inhibitor targeting both mTORC1 and mTORC2 complexes. It selectively suppresses mTOR kinase activity and has demonstrated potent antitumor efficacy in preclinical models. Detorsertib is being developed by Suzhou Kintor Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including metastatic disease. The drug has shown synergistic effects when combined with BTK inhibitors in preclinical studies and is currently undergoing Phase I clinical trials in China for solid tumors[3][4][5][6].
