Overview

Combination of deucravacitinib, a selective allosteric tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) inhibitor, and metformin, a biguanide antidiabetic agent. Deucravacitinib inhibits TYK2 to modulate cytokine signaling implicated in immune-mediated diseases such as psoriasis.
