Dex2 is a second-generation immunotherapy composed of tumor antigen-loaded dendritic cell-derived exosomes. Developed by Gustave Roussy and Curie institutes, it is designed to activate both innate and adaptive immunity, including T and Natural Killer cell effector functions. It is being investigated as a maintenance immunotherapy for patients with advanced unresectable non-small cell lung cancer who have responded to induction chemotherapy.
