dexamethasone + lithium carbonate

This is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents, dexamethasone and lithium carbonate. The combination has been studied preclinically for effects on serotonin 2A receptor supersensitivity induced by chronic dexamethasone administration, with evidence suggesting that lithium may mitigate some neuropsychiatric side effects associated with long-term corticosteroid use[1][6]. There are no widely recognized brand names or approved fixed-dose products containing both agents.
