dexamethasone + neomycin + polymyxin b (União Química)

Maxinom is a fixed-dose combination ophthalmic medication containing the corticosteroid dexamethasone and the antibiotics neomycin sulfate and polymyxin B sulfate. Developed by União Química and studied in clinical trials by Azidus Brasil, it is indicated for the treatment of steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions where bacterial infection or a risk of infection exists, such as acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Dexamethasone provides potent anti-inflammatory action by binding to the glucocorticoid receptor, while neomycin (an aminoglycoside) and polymyxin B (a cyclic peptide) provide synergistic antibacterial coverage against Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms.
