dexamethasone + triamcinolone acetonide

This is a combination of two synthetic corticosteroids, dexamethasone and triamcinolone acetonide. Both are potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive agents used to treat a wide range of inflammatory, allergic, autoimmune, and some neoplastic conditions. Dexamethasone is known for its high glucocorticoid potency and long duration of action. Triamcinolone acetonide is a more potent derivative of triamcinolone with enhanced topical activity and reduced mineralocorticoid effect; it is commonly used in injectable, topical, nasal spray, or intravitreal forms for various indications including joint inflammation, skin disorders, allergic rhinitis, macular edema associated with uveitis or diabetic macular edema (DME), among others[3][6][8].
