**Dexde** is an oral fixed-dose anti-allergy tablet marketed by Triman in Indonesia. Each tablet contains dexamethasone 0.5 mg, a synthetic glucocorticoid that suppresses inflammatory and immune signaling through glucocorticoid-receptor activation, and dexchlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg, a first-generation histamine H1-receptor antihistamine. It is indicated for corticosteroid-responsive allergic conditions including allergic rhinitis, severe chronic bronchial asthma, allergic dermatitis, allergic ocular inflammation, keratitis, and non-granulomatous iritis.
