Overview

DF2211 is a preclinical-stage immune engager being developed by Dragonfly Therapeutics that targets the B-cell activating factor receptor (BAFFR). The drug is designed to recruit immune effector cells to selectively deplete BAFFR-expressing B cells, which are central to the pathogenesis of several autoimmune conditions. By harnessing the body's immune system to target and eliminate these specific B cells, DF2211 aims to provide a potent therapeutic option for B-cell-driven diseases. It is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome, Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV), Bullous Pemphigoid (BP), and Lupus Nephritis (LN).
