Overview

DF2511 is a preclinical-stage immune engager developed by Dragonfly Therapeutics that targets the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. The drug is designed to recruit immune effector cells to potently and selectively deplete CD19-expressing B cells and plasma cells, which are central to the pathogenesis of various autoimmune and inflammatory disorders. By leveraging Dragonfly's proprietary platform, DF2511 aims to provide a more targeted and effective depletion of pathogenic B-cell lineages compared to traditional therapies. It is currently being investigated for the treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Lupus Nephritis (LN), and Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD).
