Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DF3100 is a preclinical-stage immune engager developed by Dragonfly Therapeutics that targets B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). BCMA is a cell surface receptor predominantly expressed on malignant and healthy plasma cells, making it a key target for diseases characterized by pathogenic antibody production or plasma cell dyscrasias. DF3100 is designed to recruit effector cells to the site of BCMA-expressing cells to facilitate their selective depletion. Dragonfly is investigating DF3100 for the treatment of several autoimmune and plasma cell-related conditions, including AL amyloidosis, myasthenia gravis (MG), and systemic sclerosis (SSc).
