Overview

**DF4101 (ABBV-303)** is a trispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager antibody developed using Dragonfly Therapeutics' TriNKET platform, originally discovered by Dragonfly and now advanced by AbbVie. It simultaneously binds CD16a (on NK cells for activation), NKG2D (co-activating NK receptor), and c-Met (tumor antigen), enabling potent NK cell, γδ T cell, and CD8+ T cell-mediated antitumor activity against solid tumors expressing c-Met, including those with low or heterogeneous expression. Administered intravenously, it is in early clinical testing for relapsed/refractory advanced solid tumors.[1][3][5]
