DF5112 is a novel, investigational, long-acting interleukin-12 (IL-12) cytokine therapy developed by Dragonfly Therapeutics. It is engineered using a proprietary cytokine platform designed to extend the protein's half-life and improve its therapeutic index compared to standard recombinant IL-12. While IL-12 is traditionally a potent stimulator of Th1 immune responses and Natural Killer (NK) cell activity—making it a target of interest in oncology—Dragonfly is developing DF5112 to address unmet needs in immune-mediated, autoimmune, and inflammatory diseases.
