Overview

DF5201 is an investigational immune engager being developed by Dragonfly Therapeutics for the treatment of various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. It targets CD52, a surface glycoprotein widely expressed on mature lymphocytes (including T cells and B cells), natural killer (NK) cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells. As an immune engager, DF5201 is designed to recruit effector cells to selectively deplete CD52-expressing lymphocyte populations that drive pathogenic immune responses. The therapy is currently in preclinical development for multiple conditions, including Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), Lupus Nephritis (LN), Systemic Sclerosis (SSc), Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy (IIM), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
