Overview

DF6002 is an investigational immunotherapy drug composed of a monovalent interleukin-12 (IL-12) fused to an immunoglobulin Fc fragment, designed for extended half-life and improved pharmacodynamic properties. It acts as a cytokine therapy with potential immunomodulatory and antineoplastic activities, aiming to stimulate effective anti-tumor immunity by establishing an inflammatory tumor microenvironment. DF6002 is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), both as monotherapy and in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors such as nivolumab. The drug is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity.
