Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DF6002 + nivolumab is an investigational combination therapy comprising DF6002, an extended half-life interleukin-12 (IL-12) cytokine IgG Fc fusion protein, together with nivolumab, a programmed death-1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody. DF6002 is designed to stimulate anti-tumor immune responses by promoting an inflammatory tumor microenvironment via IL-12 signaling; when paired with nivolumab, which blocks PD-1-mediated immune evasion, the combination seeks to enhance anti-tumor immune activity in patients with advanced solid tumors. DF6002 is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab for indications such as melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and other solid tumors[1][2][3][4][5][6].
