DF7001

DF7001 is a trispecific killer cell engager (TriKE) designed to activate and direct both natural killer (NK) and cytotoxic T cell killing against cancer cells by targeting the tumor-associated antigen 5T4 (trophoblast glycoprotein), which is expressed on tumor cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts, and cancer stem cells, particularly in cancers with poor prognosis such as non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma[3][4][6]. The preclinical data suggest its potential for triggering the killing of 5T4+ expressing cells, but the drug was discontinued in preclinical development and did not reach clinical trials[1]. The development was originally led by Dragonfly Therapeutics and included Gilead as a partner[3][4][6].
