DF8203

DF8203 is a preclinical immune engager developed by Dragonfly Therapeutics that targets fibroblast activation protein (FAP). The drug is designed to eliminate FAP-expressing cells, such as activated fibroblasts, to address pathogenic stromal cells involved in autoimmune and fibrotic diseases. DF8203 is being developed for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF), and Systemic Sclerosis-associated Interstitial Lung Disease (SS-ILD).
