**Diacetyldianhydrogalactitol** is an acetylated derivative of dianhydrogalactitol (DAG), sometimes referred to as dianhydro-3,4-diacetylgalactitol or 3,4-di-O-acetyl-1,2:5,6-dianhydrogalactitol[2][4]. The compound is a small molecule with a chemical formula C10H14O6 and a molecular weight of 230.22 g/mol[2]. It is structurally related to dianhydrogalactitol, a DNA-alkylating agent with antineoplastic activity.
