DIAG723 is a bispecific antibody designed to cluster key extracellular receptors, specifically targeting ALK1 and BMPR2, to restore ALK1 signaling. This approach aims to promote vascular quiescence and address the underlying causes of Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) and Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). Developed by Diagonal Therapeutics, DIAG723 has shown disease-modifying potential in preclinical studies by preventing and reversing arteriovenous malformations, preventing HHT-associated anemia, and improving survival in animal models.
